Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Stylkart, we strive to deliver high-quality fashion, beauty, footwear, and accessories while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and exchanges on our Platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product does not match the description
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- Product should be in resalable condition
Stylkart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and hygiene-sensitive products
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Customized or personalized products
3. Try & Buy Policy (Important)
For orders placed under the “Try & Buy” feature:
- Customers are allowed to try the product at the time of delivery
- The purchase decision must be made at the doorstep
Strict Policy
- No return will be accepted after delivery
- No exchange will be allowed after delivery
- No refund will be processed once the product is accepted
Once the customer accepts the product during Try & Buy, it is considered a final sale.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Go to “My Orders” on the Stylkart app or website
- Select the product and click on “Request Return”
- Choose the reason and upload images (if applicable)
- Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved, pickup will be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size issues (applicable for fashion items)
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective items
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is successfully picked up and passes our quality inspection.
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped and in transit, cancellation is not allowed
Stylkart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images or videos as proof
Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
9. Quick Commerce Disclaimer
As Stylkart operates on a quick commerce model:
- Delivery timelines are optimized for speed and efficiency
- Some items may have limited return windows
- Certain products may be marked as non-returnable
10. Refund Exceptions
Stylkart may refuse refunds under the following circumstances:
- Product is used, damaged, or missing tags or brand stickers
- Return request is made after the allowed return period
- Product does not pass the quality inspection
